These Terms govern your use of the LaSalle & Key website and any request for information submitted through it. Separate written agreements may govern paid services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Business services
LaSalle & Key provides business communication and workflow solutions, initially including AI voice receptionist services, call handling, lead capture, call summaries, notifications, and related support. Service features, limitations, pricing, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement.
3. No emergency or professional service
Unless expressly agreed in writing, our systems are not emergency services and should not be used as a substitute for 911 or other emergency channels. We do not provide legal, medical, accounting, insurance, or other licensed professional advice through the website or voice receptionist services.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful instructions, approved scripts and workflows, and any notices or consents required for their own customers or callers. Clients must not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
5. LaSalle & Key Client Service Alerts — SMS Terms
Program description
LaSalle & Key may send recurring service-related SMS messages to prospective business clients and client contacts who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include demo call summaries, voice receptionist call summaries, lead notifications, onboarding updates, support notices, service status messages, and account-related alerts.
How to opt in
Recipients opt in by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox during the LaSalle & Key demo request, service request, or client onboarding process, or through another documented consent method presented by LaSalle & Key. The checkbox is not preselected. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of required terms and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on demo activity, call activity, account activity, and the services selected. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and the accuracy of the mobile number provided.

Our use of personal and mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand elements, text, graphics, and other materials provided by LaSalle & Key are owned by or licensed to Primus Home Care Solutions, Inc. and may not be copied or used except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written service agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free automated output, or a particular business result.
8. Limitation of liability

Any liability relating to paid services will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.
